Some Questions Concerning Conflict of Laws to Contractual Obligations in EC/EU

Abstract

The article concerning conflict of laws to contractual obligations in civil and commercial matters. It contains the Rome Convention on the law applicable to contractual obligations in comparison with the Czech Act on international private law.
