Abstrakt
This poster presents a study that focuses on the phenomenon of job crafting in the Czech working population. The aim of this project is to explore the relationship between job crafting and ability to recover from working activities.
Additionally, it introduces psychometric properties of the Job crafting scale in the Czech environment. Based on online survey (N=566) our results show a significant relationship between job crafting activities and recovery experience.
This relationship does not differ in regard of gender or age, However, it differs in regard of education. It supports the idea of further development of job crafting activities originating from our side, organizations side or even schools/education system.
