Abstract
The publication offers a detailed interpretation of the issue of non-discrimination with an emphasis on the case law of the CJEU, the ECHR and Czech courts and the opinions of the Ombudsman. In contrast to the usual commentaries, the publication also contains analytical passages with a deeper analysis of individual institutes of the anti-discrimination law and related regulations
