Abstract
The Czech Republic is committed to ensuring the equal status of minorities in society. The article explores the possibilities of participation of members of the Roma minority.
It shows the risks of frequent tokenistic arrangements. Social work can promote the necessary changes using participatory methods and critical approaches.
