Abstract
Atopic dermatitis is a chronic skin condition with serious impact on life of pediatric patient and his family. Local treatment is time consuming and often not well tolerated.
Previous systemic treatment possibilities were not satisfactory especially due to broad spectrum immunosuppression and its side effects. The article shows the possibilities of new targeted treatment of this inflammatory skin disease.
