Enhancing broadband photodetection: Epitaxial graphene on 6-H-SiC with electrode layout

Abstrakt

Graphene's exceptional properties make it an ideal candidate for broadband photodetection across the UV to FIR spectrum. We propose epitaxial graphene on SiC with an interdigital electrode layout.

Evaluating device performance using FTPS, our study demonstrates photoresponse feedback and the influence of gold and graphene layer widths on signal strength.
