Abstract

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an immunopathological neurodegenerative disease in the pathogenesis of which damaging inflammation plays a significant role. It is characterized by the abnormal activity of functionally polarized Th1 and Th17 lymphocytes with a significant proportion of the B lymphocyte system.
