Abstract
The paper will focus on summarizing the duties of statutory bodies of commercial corporations and the duties and rights of shareholders of commercial corporations in connection with the law on the registration of ultimate beneficial owners. The paper will also discuss the consequences of breaching the duties of shareholders and statutory bodies.
