Abstract
The presentation of an interdisciplinary project The Stories of Drought shows how social sciences contribute to sustainable water management. It presents a methodology for participatory planning of drought-resilient landscapes, based on the use of the future landscape scenarios mapping.
The maps innovatively combine social science research, expert assessment of the landscape development and changes, and climate models (RCP 4.5).
