In memory of Gregor Johann Mendel on the 200th anniversary of his birth. The chronological structure and thematic division of the sequence of pictorial and written documents characterizing Mendel's life and work.
The main aim was to reacquaint the present generation of those interested in Mendel with documents in a contemporary concept made possible by modern-day technical, information, and documentation resources.
