Abstract
The publication provides an analysis of the legal regulation of cyberspace, information security and cybersecurity in a broader theoretical and practical context in an attempt to clarify the role of the state and the limits of public authority in ensuring cybersecurity from the perspective of both the citizens of the Czech Republic and the international community of sovereign states.
