A female patient with severe psoriasis and an oncological illness, treated with guselkumab

Abstract

Treatment of psoriasis may be quite complicated, given the risk of both associated and non-associated comorbidities. When searching for the best therapy, one must take not only its effectiveness but also its safety into account.

This case study concerns a female patient with severe psoriasis, history of an oncological illness and nephropathy, undergoing a long-term treatment with guselkumab.
