Abstract
Physical education is often perceived as an unimportant teaching subject. But physical education is not only a subject.
Because physicality, body movement is an inseparable manifestation of our life. Physical education helps an individual to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills and habits.
The needs of society are reflected in how physical education is implemented (what are its goals and tasks). Given the respect for everyone's uniqueness, physical education can be considered inclusive already in principle.
In order for physical education to acquire the seriousness and importance it deserves its teachers need to gain confidence in their professional and human qualities.
