Recodification Thursdays, or on the draft of the new Criminal Procedure Code II

Abstract

The article summarizes the course of the next three recodification Thursdays (Evidence, Preliminary Proceedings, Seizure of Persons and Things), which were organized by the Department of Criminal Law of the Faculty of Law of Charles University from October 2022 to May 2023.
