Abstract

The article summarizes the course of the next three Recodification Thursdays (Proceedings before the Court; Correctional Proceedings; Consensual Forms of Criminal Proceedings), which were organized by the Department of Criminal Law of the Faculty of Law of Charles University from October 2022 to May 2023.
