Some methodological notes on the power of the guardians of nature to deal with off ences in on-site proceedings

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to provide answers to the questions and problems that guardians of nature face when they are dealing with off efenses in administrative proceeding on the scene. Attention is therefore paid in particular to the content and formal requirements of decision, methods of correcting their defects and responsibility in the case of loss decision or cash which was collected.
