Abstract
The article deals with the judgment of Supreme Administrative Court from 20. 2. 2023, No. 9 As 116/2022-166, which ruled on the appeals against the fi rstinstance decision of the Municipal Court in Prague in the case of the first Czech climate action, issued in June 2022, and evaluates its potential contribution to Czech climate law and policy. T e decision on the first Czech climate action was 20. 2. 2023 returned by the Supreme Administrative Court to the court of first instance for a new hearing.
