Re-evaluation of religious freedom in the case law of European countries

Abstract

The study deals with the issue of freedom of religion in the context of the changing case law of the European Court of Human Rights and the European Court of Justice in the field of confessional law. The gradual development of the case law is demonstrated by the example of the most important judgments.
