Selection procedures in the judiciary - to select or not to select?

Abstract

The article glosses the currently discussed issues of the appointment of judges (especially) of the Constitutional Court and briefly provides arguments for further strengthening of transparency mechanisms in the selection of (not only) constitutional judges.
