Work injury and occupational disease as an obstacle to work on the side of the employee - Czech view

Abstract

The contribution deals with the issue of current case law of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic regarding the employee's claim for wage compensation due to an obstacle to work on the side of the employer in a situation where the employer does not submit work under the employment contract because of their general illness. The relevance and usability of these views are subsequently assessed in relation to work injuries and occupational diseases.
