Abstract
The chapter on voice work aims to explore individual voice abilities and voice qualities in the context of group work. It is a model situation for music education work with older pupils, presenting creative activities that develop vocal courage, enjoyment of one's own creative expression and the development of partial vocal skills.
An important aspect of the activities presented is a safe environment and the implementation of activities in a group so that none of the participants are afraid to express themselves vocally. The model situation offers preparatory activities, work with the text, creative rhythmic games with the voice and singing a song together.
These are elementary themes that encourage further elaboration and, above all, reflection and self-reflection.
