Abstract
The subject of the student's conference poster was an analysis of the obligation of a business corporation to apply ESG criteria when awarding public contracts as a contracting authority. This analysis was focused on the definition of the legal basis of the stated obligation of the contracting authority, the conditions for application of ESG criteria in the process of public procurement and specific manifestations of ESG in the awarding process according to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended.
