Evaluation of the availability and effectiveness of existing legal safeguards for patients during involuntary admission and treatment in psychiatric hospitals, including de lege ferenda proposals, for the purposes of the National Mental Health Action Plan 2020-2030 implemented by the Ministry of Health.
