Abstrakt
The book published by Eva Markvartová opens up many new perspectives for researchers of literature on an interesting topic, even though it has been suppressed by many people and has long received little attention from academics. An anthropological dimension is added to the book by dealing with the subject in the long-possible horizon that stretches from antiquity to the present day and makes developments visible.
Moreover, it can be a bridge to the beyond for those readers who are also open to phenomena that cannot be verified by fact-oriented natural science. The fact that three reviews have appeared in the specialist press so far testifies to the lively interest of the Czech specialist public in the new publication.
