Defragmentation of law reconstruction of contemporary law as a system

Abstract

The workshop took place in the form of an open discussion on the main theses of Pavel Ondřejek's new monograph: "Defragmentation of Law. Reconstruction of Contemporary Law as a System" (Intersentia, 2023). During the seminar, discussion contributions were made by Tomáš Koref and Jan Pokorný, PhD candidates from the Department of Legal Theory and Legal Doctrines at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague. After their speeches, the author responded, followed by a discussion among all participants about opened questions.
