People associated with the Prague Spring wanted to create a better world and believed it was possible

Abstract

An interview to commemorate the fifty-fifth anniversary of the invasion by Warsaw Pact troops, which violently ended a hopeful period of emancipation and democratisation of socialist Czechoslovakia. The questions were related to the book Prague Spring: the Logic of the New World: From Reform to Revolution, of which I was the editor.
