The article deals with the question of how doctoral studies should look like in order to prepare students well for teaching at universities. The author presents the concept of a programme for the development of didactic skills of doctoral students at the Faculty of Law of Charles University.
The article offers a small guide on how to design a workable didactic skills development program for doctoral students to help them become quality teachers.
