Abstract
A composition improving the penetration of biologically active substances through the surface of plant organs in an aqueous solution or a stabilization buffer with a pH value in the range from 3 to 12, which is a mixture of at least one low molecular weight of 1,3-dioxolane with the general formula 1, in which the individual substituents R1, R2, R3, R4 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl group or a hydroxymethyl group or a C1-C3 alkyl group, and one compound selected from: plant growth inducing substances, or inorganic salts, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs NSAID; and its use for direct application to aerial plant organs to effect stimulation or inhibition of plant growth and development.
