Abstract
The contribution analyzes internal and external risks that can endanger work with foreign volunteers. Based on the analysis of specific crisis situations that have been reported to the DZS in the last two years, participants are presented with a draft plan of preventive measures for solving selected situations.
The workshop also includes solutions to specific model situations.
