In the perspective of current societal and globally acting stressors, it is necessary to consider increasing the resilience and self-efficacy of secondary school students as one of the fundamental challenges for innovating educational approaches and educational content in secondary schools.

In view of the increasing number of adolescent mental health problems in many regions, it is appropriate to look for ways to provide basic support for pupils in the environment that is natural to them and where they spend most of their time, which is the school environment.

By strengthening classroom teachers' competences and using effective classroom management strategies, the personal development of pupils can be ensured and act as a preventive measure to promote their mental health and well-being. At the same time, the acquired competences (life competences) of adolescents can be seen as important resources for their future success in the postmodern world.

This paper presents the concept of a year-long project that can be implemented in the classroom management process.
