Abstract

Physical activities present one of the basic priorities of a human being and is a component in all parts of our modern society. Physical activities have both anti-stress and anxiolytic effects, and they are also a source of many positive emotional experiences - not only in the individual implementation of the activity but also in a social context.

A well balanced personality in bio-psycho-socio- harmony characterises a spiritual well being of each individual.
