Abstract
A mistake is an opportunity! An opportunity to learn, to improve and then to avoid it. Remember the old wisdom "mistakes are how you learn".
On the other hand, some mistakes can be quite painful and we would be better off if we avoided them. We talk about mistakes in our working life because they are almost non-transferable in our personal life.
That's why we want to write about our own mistakes and the missteps of our colleagues and pass them on as opportunities for better school management. In today's first part of the series, let's look at the mistake of misassigning an introductory teacher.
