The case study presents 45-year-old women with relapsing remitting form of multiple sclerosis with her experience and opportunities of physical activity. The women has a neurological disability of EDSS 5.0, with her main limitation being painful spastic paraparesis, fatigue and sphincter impairment.
Clinicians often fing prescribing physical actvities for these patients challenging (mainly due to spastic paresis limiting physical activities).
