Abstract
The paper deals with the issue of political corruption and its relationship to economic crime. The authors point to the lack of a established definition of economic crime, but also the absence of an exact definition of corruption, eventual political corruption.
They point to possible intersections between corrupt behavior and economic crime and emphasize the need for legal regulation of lobbying in the Czech Republic.
