The European law limits of the constitutional review of transposition of the Framework Decision on the European arrest warrant

Abstract

Provisions of the Czech Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms may serve as the reference criteria for constituional review so far as the Framework Decision of the EU entrusted the national implementing authority with the respective scope of the legislative discretion.
