Abstract

The lecture covered problematic aspects of the application of the Act on Civil Service in the part of compensation for non-pecuniary damage and the effects of a potential amendment to the Act on Civil Service in the area of compensation for non-pecuniary damage as a result of an accident at work or an occupational disease.
