Abstract
The lecture covered the method of implementation of EP and Council Directive (EU) 2019/1158 of 20 June 2019 on the balance between work and private life of parents and carers and on the repeal of Council Directive 2010/18/EU into the Czech Labour Code, with a focus on flexible layout of the working hours of caring employees and the reflection of the goals of the directive until the (for now) latest amendment to the Labour Code.
