The article introduces briefly a framework for determining the type of argument and work with problems in mathematics lessons conditioned by the solving strategy. In the activities, problems from textbooks that at the first sight do not give the impression of problems focusing on argumentation and proof.

Questions that can help to work with a problem in mathematics lesson in such a way that argumentation and proof are the first choice are offered.
