PSYCHOLOGICAL and psychometric OUTCOMES OF GALLERY AND MUSEUM EDUCATION FOR MARGINALIZED GROUPS OF SCHOOL CHILDREN

Abstract

As part of the AMASS, Horizon2020 project, a survey of reflections on high school students and students who are part of marginalized groups was surveyed. Based on the analysis of texts (pre / post test, or multiple observations) it is possible to measure cognitive progression through the mentioned tests Flesch-Kincaid grade level, Flesch-Kincaid readability, Coleman-Liau and Automated readability index - based on the analysis of reflections it is possible to confirm or refute the positive effect of museum and gallery education on literacy and language performance of pupils / students who have completed educational programs.

The article is a project report and gives the reader an outline of the method used during the implementation of the project as well as psychometric evaluation of the methods used in practice.
