Commentary on the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms in an updated form. It focuses on the interpretation of the right to free choice of profession, to engage in business and to acquire the means for one's living needs through work from developmental, dogmatic and comparative perspectives, taking into account the case law of relevant courts, especially the Constitutional Court.
