Abstract
The behaviour of actors in the labour market affects, among other things, whether the economy is booming or slowing down. The monograph focuses on selected, especially labour law issues that are characteristic of the economic recession.
The individual chapters deal with current issues of labour law, including employment, but they do not neglect the related areas of social security, financial and commercial law.
