The article focuses on the question whether the legal regulation provides, in addition to the basic legal forms of business corporations listed in Section 1 of the CCC, for other special legal forms. The basis of the examination is the statement that the legislator in many cases provides for special rules for certain categories of business corporations.
The doctrine refers to these business corporations as business corporations with a special legal regime. The question, therefore, is whether some of the special business corporations have a special legal form.
