Abstract
Thirty years of life is certainly an occasion not to be forgotten. For the Czech Constitution, it is not just a question of remembering the moments of birth, when the articles and paragraphs of the text were written, of seeking out the comments of politicians in public debates and commemorating the event in solemn addresses, but also of remembering that the present Constitution is the only one in Czechoslovak constitutional history to have had such a long life.
