Abstract

The book will become an essential source of information for new or established cardiovascular rehabilitation and secondary prevention programs. It not only contains information and tools that provide excellent patient care in these settings, but also addresses the many barriers and gaps that exist in providing these services to all qualified individuals.

The findings presented in the book cover the entire practice area of cardiovascular rehabilitation and evidence-based secondary prevention.
