Abstract
The paper brings a basic overview of forms useful, needed or obligatory for a preparation and consequent realization of a school course or another school event., which lasts more than one day. Knowledge of this overview can serve to all teachers not only as an aid for an easier preparation of an event., but also as a protection aganinst potential complaints from any side.
