Recently, the way people communicate has changed and people often use emoticons instead of complex expressions. This change has implications in the law as well.
The article focuses on clarifying how emoticons should be interpreted under Czech law. Furthermore, the article discusses the possibility of using emoticons as a means of evidence in civil court proceedings.
