Abstract
The publication explains in detail the issues related to decisions issued by law enforcement authorities. The thesis is intended as a teaching text for students of law faculties; however, it will certainly be appreciated by other people interested in questions of criminal procedural law, especially judicial and legal clerks, assistant judges, law clerks (as an ideal aid in preparing for judicial and bar exams), judges, prosecutors, lawyers, police officers and legislators.
The book contains examples that can be downloaded in electronic form from the publisher's website and freely edited according to the needs of each reader. In the detailed interpretation, the authors take into account published and unpublished opinions of application practice.
They also do not avoid controversial issues, the solutions of which are not unanimous, and also present some de lege ferenda proposals.
