Abstract

The aim of this paper will therefore be to first describe the types of non-pecuniary damage that may arise in connection with the commission of crimes against freedom and human dignity in the sexual sphere. This will then be followed by a consideration of whether there are any criteria by which to determine what level of monetary compensation is adequate.
