Abstract
The basis of passenger transport in private law is a contract of carriage. Its specifics include, inter alia, a predetermined manner of its formation, at least in respect of contracts concluded within the framework of public passenger transport by road and rail, subject to the regime of regulation No. 175/2000 Coll, on the Transport Regulations for Public Passenger Transport by Rail and Road.
The paper focuses on the specifics associated with the entering into contracts by minors who have not yet acquired full legal capacity. Attention is paid primarily to the boarding of the minor into the vehicle due to different degrees of its intellectual and voluntary maturity.
