Development of digital competences of principals in the context of strategic changes in education

Abstract

This study addresses the issue of digital competencies among school principals. The theoretical part describes legislative and conceptual changes in primary education and provides a general definition of digital competencies in the context of the professional development of educators and curricular changes.

Increased efficiency and productivity in their work and the responsibility for education are motivational factors for further development in the area of digital competencies in relation to school management.
